Built to leave no trace

Your passwords are only ever handled in memory. Password Shepherd works on a temporary disk that exists only in memory, reads the Apple Passwords export, then shreds it right away. It reads 1Password directly through the 1Password command-line tool after Touch ID, with no file at all. When your session ends, everything is gone.
