Task Shepherd.

All your to-dos, in one place

To-dos hide everywhere: in email, messages, calendar invites and a handful of to-do apps. Task Shepherd gathers them into one list, without taking over how you communicate.

Every task links back to where it came from, so one click opens the original email or message, along with the replies, documents and websites that go with it.

Send it to Task Shepherd

Forward an email to Task Shepherd and add a note: it becomes a task, and the original stays right where it was. List a few items in one forward to create several tasks at once. Works with Apple Mail, Gmail and other email providers.
