Get Support is at the bottom of the sidebar, and Help → Get Support opens it too.
Write to Us
Click the address, mailshepherd-support@take66.ai, to start a new message in your email app with your Mail Shepherd version and build, macOS version and Mac’s chip already filled in. Say what you did, what you expected and what happened, and leave out anything private. Nothing is sent until you send it.
To write from another email app, click the copy button beside the address.
If something went wrong, look in the Action Log first. Click the entry and use Copy to paste its details into your message.
Version
Shows the Mail Shepherd version and build and the macOS version, such as “Mail Shepherd 3.0 (529) · macOS 26.0”, for you to copy into a message. About Mail Shepherd, in the Mail Shepherd menu or from Take66 Software at the bottom of the sidebar, shows it too.
Help
Help → Mail Shepherd Help (⌘?) opens this help on take66.ai.
